How long does a lesson run?
One-to-one lessons run anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, whichever you prefer. Free first sessions last 30 minutes.
Which app do the video calls run on?
Lessons take place over Zoom or Google Meet. Your teacher sends the joining link ahead of each session.
Can I test it out before paying?
Of course. The first session is free, so you can meet your teacher and decide whether we suit you.
What happens if I need to move a lesson?
Move any lesson free of charge as long as you give 24 hours' notice. Cancelling later than that may be charged.
Can I get my money back?
Free trial lessons let you try before you commit. Individual lessons are non-refundable once completed; unattended lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are refunded in full.
